I’m Janine, a solicitor with 33 years of experience, 18 of them specialising in marketing and advertising law.
I spent 12 years at the Data and Marketing Association advising members on marketing and advertising compliance, and in January 2020 I launched my own practice to help a wider range of clients do the same.
I work with promotional marketing agencies, lead generation companies, and marketing businesses who need practical, affordable legal advice from someone who understands their world.
